Dream #77

Today is a big day! Last year on the 9^th May 2022, I stood on top of Mount Everest. More than fulfilling a life dream, I managed to fundraise enough money to pay for the education of 28 nepalese children for a whole school year. They are the kids of Camp Hope, Bistagaon and Sharadas Shelter, the same ones we have been helping for many years now.

In the end, it was possible to collect a total amount of 10.770€ to support the several children that we have been helping in the last years in our project Dreams of Kathmandu. The donators were from our community of friends and family, also the same people that have been helping and supporting since Day 1. Since the earthquake day of 25th April in Nepal, 8 years ago. 

Thank you guys! For us, Pedro and Ghazal, it's a big responsability to make all happen according to the plan and report to you all. I remind you that all the collected funds go directly to the children and the projects. All our personal expenses of travelling to Nepal are paid with our own funds, This is non negotiable. 

In the beginning the plan was to support 25 children with a scholarship of 400€ each, but because we manage to collect more funds, it was possible to help 3 more kids. Thank you again everyone for believing and getting involved. From our side we will continue to do our best and help these children on the best possible way with courage and transparency. Even if we have to go to the highest mountain of the world!
