Dream #70

Do you remember being a child and going on field trips with your school? Going to visit museums or camping in the nature? They were wonderful moments where we learned many new things and created memories for life.

It is for this reason that we are proud to present Dream 70 of the project Dreams of Kathmandu, a dream that is a little different than usual.

Last week, in the beginning of March 2022, the 14 children from Sharadas orphanage went on a 4-day field trip to Pokhara, the second largest city in Nepal.

Pokhara has a wonderful lake and is surrounded to the north by the Himalayas, with spectacular views of Anapurna, the tenth highest mountain in the world at 8091 meters.

These smiles and joy were only possible because those who financed the €400 to pay for the study visit were our friends Luís Pedro Ferreira and Andreia Da Costa Nogueira.

We are very happy to see these images and make these dreams come true. Who doesn't remember being a kid and going on field trips with friends? For these kids it will be the FIRST time ever.
