Dream #69

Dream #69

Pasang Dorje Sherpa or simply Anand, was one of the first children we met in Nepal 7 years ago. He was one of the kids that lived in Camp Hope, the temporary home in Kathmandu for 350 people after having their houses destroyed in the earthquake day.

Pasang is a generous boy and a good friend. He is always smiling and has a very positive energy that is contagious for everyone around him.

Unfortunately, and after 7 years, his family situation is extremely complicated. They simply can't afford to pay his studies. His only support has been an uncle who lives in the village of Yarmasing, one of those villages that we recently helped to rebuild.

Last year we decided to support Pasang with a scholarship through our project Dreams of Kathmandu and this year we will continue! He is currently in class 12 at Bahrabise School and in addition to tuition we will pay for books, materials, and school uniform! We are so happy for him!

In total his scholarship will cost 370€.

We will support this Dream through the donations we collected last year in Kenya in Stage 1 of Project X!! This is one of the reasons I run and want to live big adventures. So, when the time comes to pay the bills and fulfil the promises, things REALLY HAPPEN in the ground! This is how we always work: with a plan and a goal, with transparency and honesty.

Write us if you want to get involved to our e-mails pedro_queiros@hotmail.com and ghazalvaziri@gmail.com. There are still many dreams to fulfil in Kathmandu!!
