One of the most amazing and beloved projects that we support in Dreams of Kathmandu, is the Sharadas Shelter. The 13 children adopted by the Nepali couple Milan and Sharadas, (woman on the top left of the picture above), plus their own 2 kids, live together in this house full of joy and harmony.
Can you imagine taking care of 15 children?? Taking care of their needs in terms of education, health and nutrition?? Making them do homework everyday?? Prepare lunch and dinner??
We have seen with our own eyes the AMAZING job that they are doing to provide a good life for this children. And so have Ricardo Henriques and Dina Cruz!
This portuguese couple (showned as well in tbe picture above), contacted us in Dreams of Kathmandu because they wanted to get involved. And that's exacly what they did!
Throught the donation of 750€ it was possible to buy 7 bunk beds and 14 mattresses for the children!
Bravo Ricardo and Dina!! Thank you so much for your involvement and for helping making the difference. Now the children can sleep in better conditions and with more confort.
